Integrity

 

Our company adheres to the principle of honesty in its relations with its customers, employees, shareholders, other institutions and organisations while performing its activities and acts in this direction.

Confidentiality

 

Confidential and private information includes information that may create a competitive disadvantage for our company, trade secrets, information on personnel rights and information within the framework of "confidentiality agreements" concluded with third parties.

 

As company employees; we take care to protect the confidentiality and private information of our customers, employees and other relevant persons and organisations we work with. We share information only with the relevant persons within the specified authorisations.

 

It is absolutely unacceptable to obtain any commercial benefit (insider trading) by leaking any confidential information about production processes. When leaving our company, we do not take out confidential information and documents and projects, regulations, etc. that we have due to our duties.

We act fairly and respectfully towards our suppliers and business partners as expected from a good customer, and we show due diligence to fulfil our obligations on time. We carefully protect the confidential information of the persons and organisations we do business with and our business partners.

Bribery and Corruption

 

Corruption is the direct or indirect misuse of the authority of a position of authority for the purpose of gaining any kind of profit.
